Kristen goes above and beyond for her clients, her integrity, honesty and unmatched work ethic make her stand out from other Real Estate Agents. With over 20 years of customer service and sales experience, Kristen always puts her clients needs first. Kristen joined the Eldredge Group at Equity Real Estate six years ago and has been a driving force in their residential transaction growth. Recently, Kristen earned the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®) designation which focuses on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process. Kristen also has her Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation which is the premier credential in seller representation. Whether you are buying or selling, Kristen is your agent. Jason has been a cornerstone in Utah Real Estate over the last 20+ years. Starting on the data and technology side of real estate, Jason worked for the cutting-edge research firm Newreach where he was responsible for product sales and expansion. Jason helped propel the company’s growth Utah to a regional base of clients, growing revenue from $5,000 per month to $75,000 per month in a four-year period. After Newreach Jason has had unique opportunities in Land Acquisition, Land Research, Feasibility Studies, Home Sales and Home Building. Working for a variety of brand names including Costar, D.R. Horton, Richmond American Homes, Meyers Research, American Homes 4 Rent, Property Landing and the Eldredge Group.
